Suitability 

• Our villa requires a minimum 7 night stay during the Winter Season (December 19, 2015-April 30, 2016) but reservations as short at 5 nights may be accepted on a case by case basis. Please inquire with your dates and we would be happy to review your request.

• Long-Term Renters Welcome

• No renters under 25 years old.

• Non Smoking Only: Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside by the pool.

• Not Suitable For Children: Due to the high decks overlooking the ocean and the railings that surround it, we require a signed liability waiver for children ages 12 and under.

The villa best accommodates 10 guests. We may accept larger parties for an additional fee. Additional guests are $50/day per person and $25/day for young children under 12. We have single person cots that are provided for additional guests.

Rates are quoted based on payment by check. Credit cards are gladly accepted through VRBO. An additional service fee is charged by VRBO when paying via credit card through VRBO. To avoid these fees we recommend guests pay by check.

We gladly offer a reduced rate for smaller parties. Please inquire if you are a smaller party using 3 bedrooms or less. Small party discounts are not available over holiday weeks (Christmas, New Year's and President's Week).
