Villa Sorriso
As a US territory, it enjoys the security of the US government, and related US laws, with no passports needed to visit. It also has many more restaurants and attractions for entertainment than other islands. The underwater national park at St Johns is just a short ferry ride from Red Hook, and the world famous Magens Bay Beach with its sandy white beach and clear, calm waters is only 1 mile from the house.
After our extensive renovations and upgrades, we named it Villa Sorriso, which, in Italian, means house of smiles. Our vision was to create a fun, happy, care free atmosphere for guests, and bringing a smile to everyone that we share it with. Our goal is to create a lifetime of fond memories for all those that visit this special place.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Meaning 'House of Smiles' in Italian, Villa Sorriso is a spectacular ocean front property in the exclusive, gated area of Peterborg East on St. Thomas. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic, Villa Sorriso boasts panoramic views of the unspoiled island Hans Lollick, Jost Van Dyke and the British Virgin Islands. One mile away is the famous Magen's Bay Beach and Mahogany Run Golf Course.
Villa Sorriso’s unique layout over 4,000 square feet of living space including a large pool deck and hot tub is ideal for Honeymooners, multiple couples and large groups of families and friends traveling together. The 5 bedrooms are each equipped with their own en-suite bath, ceiling fan, air conditioning and closet, and are open to an outdoor porch or patio via sliding glass doors with their own unique view of the ocean. The flexible, airy design of Villa Sorriso’s unique accommodations and many outdoor terraces invoke the true feel of Caribbean living.
KITCHEN & DINING
The newly renovated gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for 10 and features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The chef of the group will have a choice of cooking styles between a 5 burner gas stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Microwave and Oven and the outdoor grill. You can find all the same luxuries of home and more at your fingertips. An additional outdoor covered deck gives the option for dining al-fresco. Sliding glass doors and the many windows across the villa allow the Trade winds to flow freely throughout common areas and each of the bedrooms. For those wanting a climate controlled environment, all the bedrooms and living spaces have an option for air conditioning.
BED & BATH
The light and airy Master Bedroom is privately elevated above the Great Room. Open on two sides, the screened windows and sliding glass doors allow breeze to gently flow across the room. The luxury 4 post bed peers out over the pool to your right and the multiple shades of blue between the sky and the ocean directly ahead, reminding you that you are sleeping over the ocean. Step out onto the deck to get the full panoramic experience. The en-suite Master bath with new tile and a luxury double vanity also faces the water. Two fun, poolside Queen Bedrooms on the main level are open to the courtyard and slightly elevated just a few steps above the pool. Two more bedrooms, each with King Beds, are on the lower level to accommodate even more guests and family. The wide outdoor porch spanning across both lower bedrooms leans out over the rocky shore.
LIVING & LOUNGING
The courtyard and pool are the center of the villa, inviting guests to gather and enjoy the views, the sunshine, and the sweet sound of the waves crashing below. Easy access to the kitchen and great room is the essence of the indoor/outdoor way of life. As the sun fades and the cool of the evening settles, relax under the stars while soaking in the hot tub. The many levels and corners at Villa Sorriso offer playful and sunny spots by day and a reaffirmation that you have found paradise each night.

Hot Tub: 5 person Hot Tub overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.
Private Pool: Very large, 11 ft. x 32 ft. swimming pool. 12,000 gallons, with build in seating for down island views. Deep end is 6 1/2 feet deep for water treading exercises. Color changing LED night lights.
